MV Flying Seahorse
The M/V Flying Seahorse was completely renewed in 2009. The motto of this liveaboard crew is “You come as a guest and leave as a friend.” and from what we heard until now, this is a fact, more than a promise. Nitrox is included in all liveaboard diving activities for free! The two compressors, at the back of the boat, provide our divers with fresh and clean air.
The M/V Flying Seahorse offers 5 cabins in 2 categories on the main deck of the boat. Three of these cabins are equipped with double-beds with air conditioning and four cabins are 2 bunks bed cabins with air conditioning. All cabins are equipped with 220V power sockets for you to reload rechargeable batteries of your cameras or torches. Electricity on board is available 24/7. The kitchen is located at the back of the main deck.
The wet area and the diving platform offer a lot of space for divers and you can keep all your equipments there. Two toilet and shower- cabins with hot water, and two more freshwater showers on the diving platform improve your comfort here. Two Nitrox compressors provide fresh and clean air for the 20 tanks aboard. The boat is equipped with the, for Thailand usual 12 liter aluminum tanks, and offers both, INT and DIN valves on the tanks. The two boat boys, both from Thailand, will be there for you at all times. They will help you to get geared up, they will assist you when you enter the water and they will be there when you get back on the boat after diving.
The upper deck of the M/V Flying Seahorse offers a wide, open area where the meals are served and where you always find fresh coffee, tea, and most important; drinking water and electrolyte drinks to keep you hydrated at all times. Possibilities to have a look at your underwater pictures and movies are provided up here here as well. Talking about food; breakfast will be served after the first morning dive. On the buffet you will find fresh toast, bread, eggs in any style you like them, sausages, ham, fresh coffee and tea. Thai food and European food are both available for lunch and dinner. Arrangements for vegetarians can be made and the kitchen can also provide less spicy dishes. Please let us know in the contact form if you have any special food wishes or requirements.

| Almost all of the diving we do is in National Marine Parks. Entering the park requires a fee. This directly funds the Park Rangers, who take care of the park and are responsible for the maintenance and instalation of mooring buoys. | |

MV Colona VI visits 3 different Marine Parks. These are Hin Daeng & Hin Muang, the Similans and Surin Islands. Each of these parks will charge a 400 Thai Baht entrance fee with an additional 200 Baht per day, per diver. |

| National Marine Park Fee | ||||

Almost all of the diving we do is in National Marine Parks. Entering the park requires a fee. This directly funds the Park Rangers, who take care of the park and are responsible for the maintenance and instalation of mooring buoys. Each of these parks will charge a 400 Thai Baht entrance fee with an additional 200 Baht per day, per diver. |
